Seasons

Our 2024 guest season runs from June 6 to October 9. The calendar is now open for booking! Please note that snow at higher elevations can prevent hiking into the Lodge from the Moss Springs Campground until mid-June, in which case the Lodge would only be accessible by plane.

Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on the Minam calendar.

Minimum stay

We have a three-night minimum stay for all accommodations. While we are sometimes able to book the two-night accommodations that pop up between existing reservations, we do not book one-night stays. If you'd like to book a two-night stay or a stay within 72 hours of the arrival date, please email info@minam-lodge.com.

Transportation

Please keep in mind that the Lodge is accessible only by 8.5-mile hike, horseback ride or charter flight to our private airstrip.

Pets

A limited number of well-behaved dogs are allowed in accommodations except Lodge rooms for a $45 nightly fee.

Terms

Payment for lodging is due in full at the time of reservation. Meals, charter flights, bar tab and incidentals are payable at check-out. Gratuity is not included in the pricing, but can be added at check-out.

Dining

Breakfast and lunch are $25 (we also offer a “light” breakfast option for $15). Dinner is served family-style and is $95. We are able to accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten- and dairy- free, and some critical allergies. Please inquire before making your reservation if you have concerns, or if your dietary needs extend beyond those listed above. There will be plenty of options on the table, but we cannot guarantee we will have substitutes for each meal component.

Bar

We have a full bar, local microwbrews and a wine cellar emphasizing regional selections. Corkage fee is $35 per 750-ml bottle.

Cancellation policy

Full refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. For cancellations received 31-60 days before arrival, half of the lodging charge will be charged. For cancellations received 30 days or less before scheduled arrival, no refund will be issued. We cannot be responsible for weather, road/trail conditions, health or medical issues, or other factors beyond our control. However, if we have arranged your charter flight and we are unable to fly you into the Lodge within 24 hours of your scheduled time due to weather or other issues, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. During wildfire season, the Lodge may be affected by air quality issues even if no fires are burning in our region. If the Air Quality Index (AQI) at our weather station is 201 or higher (“very unhealthy”) within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. The Lodge may be required to suspend operations due to wildfires or other circumstances beyond our control. In this event, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund for the unused portion of your stay. Due to the unpredictable nature of weather and natural events, and general life happenings that may occur between the time the reservation is made and the arrival date, we strongly encourage you to consider purchasing travel insurance to offset the cost of a last-minute cancellation.

The Lodge has satellite internet service for our business purposes. Internet service is not available to guests except in an emergency.
