Enjoy a relaxing massage or restorative yoga class with Tami Apland, LMT.

A former ballet dancer, Tami is a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland. She is trained in Thai massage, myofascial release, deep tissue and Swedish relaxation massage, and also offers a signature style she developed just for the Lodge: hammock massage in our historic pole barn.

Tami also leads a complimentary yoga session most mornings on the Lodge deck, and is available for private lessons. Her teaching style is gentle and restorative, rooted in her longtime love of anatomy, movement and helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and minds.
